Didier Dutertre (left) was born in Normandy, France. After formal training Chef Didier worked in several prestigious French restaurants in Provence before coming to Casanova in Carmel. He recently returned from a visit to the Auberge Ravoux where he met Christophe Bony.
Christophe Bony (right) is the current chef at the Auberge Ravoux. He will be visiting Carmel to present the series of special dinners dedicated to Van Gogh's Table at Casanova Restaurant. His recipes are featured in the art/cookbook "Van Gogh's Table".
